Business Model

Nurture Care helps you structure your business around our colony and hive model. Like bees who work together for the good of all, we work with you to develop out your individual homes into strong colonies. Each colony is a cluster of up to 4 homes, and each of our companies will develop multiple colonies into a full-featured hive. These self-sufficient colonies balance the personal nature of small-group care with the efficiency of shared resources, enabling each colony to deliver outstanding outcomes while controlling costs. These geographically grouped homes link together into a communal, supportive hive.

Your hive shares administration and support resources across your colonies. Staff across every home meet the same rigorous standards of skill and training. Shared staff pools allow therapists, educators and specialists to support every home in every colony in your hive. This model prioritises the well-being of children and staff. Children benefit from a stable, community-oriented environment and staff gain profesional support and clear career pathways. All of this is supported by the central hive at Nurture Care, guiding and supporting your hive along your journey.

For acquired care companies, joining Nurture Care, developing the first colony and linking your hive to ours delivers benefits from day 1. Shared resources and expertise improve margins whilst enhancing standards and practice where needed, which makes your business more stable and scalable.
