My Story

With more than 35 years of expertise across both the public and private sectors, I am a long-serving finance manager with expertise in the children's social care sector, where I have dedicated the latter part of my career. With time served in internationally recognised manufacturing companies, healthcare and social care companies, I understand scale, growth and the specific needs of children's care.

As a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and holder of a Level 4 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification, I bring a wealth of financial and operational knowledge to my role. As a senior leader within a children's care provider, I have played a central role guiding the Executive Leadership Team, shaping financial strategy, ensuring rigorous governance, and championing fiscal responsibility to underpin the delivery of high-quality care services. My ability to align financial objectives with organisational vision has positioned me as a trusted team player, known for delivering sustainable value and driving long-term success.
